How big is the Riverside? How many people can you hold?

The entire first floor is just under 10,000 sq ft. Plenty of room to bring your event to life! We can seat up to 150 people. For smaller events, we can rent out just the middle room on the first floor for a discounted rate. This space holds 75.

Is there a discount if I book both The Riverside and Penthaus?

Yes! We offer a bundle rate when you book the Penthaus and The Riverside, contact us for details.

Do you offer catering? Can I bring my own food?

We have an in-house caterer, Droege’s Catering, available for all events. There is a $200 fee to use your own caterer, or for use of the commercial kitchen.

Do you have other preferred vendors?

We are here to help in any way we can! Just ask and we can recommend bartenders, decorators, photographers, DJs, or whatever else you might need.
